  1. Interestingly enough I do a similar workout on days I absolutely cannot get to the gym or outside for a nice brisk 60 minute walk. It does allow for you to get your sweat on. And it's just low impact enough for my heart condition and just high impact enough for me to get a good workout. Let me know if you like the workout.
